With all returns, we will endeavour to process all refunds as
soon as possible and certainly within 30 days of the day you have
returned the Product to us.
Please note that if you are returning a product to us due to a
Product defect, then we will examine the returned Product and will
notify you of your refund via email as soon as we can. We
will again process the refund within 30 days of the date we send
you the refund confirmation email, or sooner if at all
possible. Products returned by you because of a defect will
be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges you
have incurred when ordering and by returning the Product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the
same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
