BOLLYWOOD NO CHURN ICE CREAM

Ingredients

For The Ice Cream

Twinings Bollywood Chai Latte Pyramid Bag
400mlDouble Cream, Chilled
1Cinnamon Stick
1 tspVanilla Extract
200gCondensed Milk

For The Magic Shell

70% Dark Chocolate
3 tbspCoconut Oil
Pistachios, Chopped
Spiced Biscuits, Crushed (Optional)

Method

  • Steep the Chai tea bag in 20ml of boiling water, remove and leave to cool.
  • Mix 150ml of the cream and add the brewed tea, cinnamon stick and vanilla. Warm this mixture for 3 minutes.
  • Place the mixture into a container and leave to chill in the fridge.
  • Once chilled, combine the infused cream with the remaining cream and condensed milk and whisk until it thickens but is still liquid.
  • Pour into a container and freeze overnight. 
  • To make the "magic shell", melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate together.
  • Pour over the ice cream and top with pistachios or spiced crushed biscuits
