Bollywood No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients
For The Ice Cream
3· Twinings Superblends Moment of Calm
200ml · Water
250ml · Double Cream
250ml · Oat Milk
2 tsp · Vanilla Extract
50g · Grounded Sugar
Method
1. Infuse 200ml boiling water with the Twinings Superblends Moment of Calm teabags and leave to brew for 2 minutes.
2. Remove the teabags and leave to cool.
3. Stir the oat milk and sugar together.
4. Whisk in the double cream.
5. Gently pour in the cooled tea-infused water and mix.
6. Freeze for at least four hours or preferably overnight.
A light and fragrant ice cream that pairs perfectly with our after-dinner jelly!
