For The Ice Cream
|1||Twinings Bollywood Chai Latte Pyramid Bag|
|400ml||Double Cream, Chilled|
|1 tsp||Vanilla Extract|
For The Magic Shell
|125g||70% Dark Chocolate|
|3 tbsp||Coconut Oil|
|Spiced Biscuits, Crushed (Optional)|
- Steep the Chai tea bag in 20ml of boiling water, remove and leave to cool.
- Mix 150ml of the cream and add the brewed tea, cinnamon stick and vanilla. Warm this mixture for 3 minutes.
- Place the mixture into a container and leave to chill in the fridge.
- Once chilled, combine the infused cream with the remaining cream and condensed milk and whisk until it thickens but is still liquid.
- Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
- To make the "magic shell", melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate together.
- Pour over the ice cream and top with pistachios or spiced crushed biscuits
