250ml · Water
2 · Blood Orange & Cranberry tea bags
1 · Star Anise
1 · Cinnamon Stick
2 · Cloves
Orange slices to garnish
Method
1. Pop the kettle on and brew two Blood Orange and Cranberry teabags.
2. Pour the tea, with the tea bags, into a saucepan and add the cloves, cinnamon and star anise. Leave to gently simmer.
3. Serve with slices of orange and a cinnamon stick or star anise.
