Monty’s truffles are lovingly made in Angers, France based on a traditional recipe dating back to 1934. He discovered these curiously moreish masterpieces whilst on one of his many mysterious travels – imagine his surprise and delight when he discovered that the traditional French artistry of truffle making was alive and well with every bit of the expertise, passion and care that the original French housewives once used to make these delicious truffles.
