Indulge in five minutes of peace with this Ayurvedic-style hot chocolate, full of warming cinnamon and soothing vanilla. Ideal for helping you find a little peace at the end of your day.
1. Pop the kettle on and brew four Soulful Blends Peace in 200ml water.
2. Leave to brew for three minutes and let it cool.
3. Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan.
4. Gently stir in 2 tablespoons of Options Vegan Belgian Choc or cacao powder and stir until dissolved.
5. Mix in the maple syrup, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of cinnamon and stir.
6. Pour into a latte glass or mug and finish off with a dusting of cinnamon for extra warmth.
