Vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system. Enjoy at least 1 cup a day as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Use freshly boiled water and infuse the teabag for at least 3 minutes. Gently stir the bag & give it a quick squeeze to release the flavour before removing it from the cup.
