For The Cake

2 · Large Avocados, peeled

1 · Loaf of of freshly baked sourdough bread

Lemon JuiceSea salt flakes and freshly ground pepper

Suggested Garnishes

Method

1. Lightly toast the bread.

2. Either slice the avocado or mash it.

3. Season with a squeeze of lemon juice and sea salt flakes and freshly ground pepper to taste.

4. Spread the avocado mash / slices on the toasted bread.

5. Decorate with a garnish of your choice.

6. Enjoy with a delicious cup of English Strong Breakfast and spring into your day!
