Bedtime Smoothie - Infused with Superblends Sleep
A delicious and soothing vegan night-time smoothie, featuring our Superblends Sleep tea, to help you relax and wind-down before bed. Packed with creamy oat milk, porridge oats and a hint of cinnamon, it’s the ideal pre-bedtime snack.

Ingredients
250ml · Water
2 · Twinings Superblends Sleep Tea Bags
150ml · Oat Milk
3 tbsp · Porridge Oats
2 tbsp · Honey
1 · Banana
3 tbsp · Plant-based yoghurt (we used soy)
Pinch · Cinnamon
Method
1. Infuse 200ml boiling water with the Twinings Superblends Sleep tea bags and leave to brew for 2 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
3. Add the tea-infused water to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away!
