2 | Twinings Superblends Sleep tea bags |
150ml | Oat milk |
3 tbsp | Porridge oats |
2 tbsp | Honey |
1 | Banana |
3 tbsp | Plant-based yoghurt (we used soy) |
Pinch | Cinnamon |
Method
- Infuse 200ml boiling water with the Twinings Superblends Sleep tea bags and leave to brew for 2 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
- Add the tea-infused water to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away!
