200ml · Milk

4 tbsp · Ovaltine Original Add Milk

1 tbsp · Honey

½ · Chilli Pepper

½ · Cinnamon Stick

Method

1. Boil the chilli pepper and cinnamon stick in milk for 10 minutes.

2. Pour milk into a glass through a sieve

3. Add Ovaltine and Honey.

4. Stir well.
