Press pause with these bliss balls. Made using Soulful Blends Pause, they’re perfect for a pick-me-up, packed with energy and goodness and a hint of sweet.

100g · Dates

50g · Walnuts

50g · Ground almonds

50g · Oats

4 · Soulful Blends Pause tea bags

200ml · Water

2 tbsp · Options Vegan Belgian Choc

1 tsp · Vanilla extract

Method

Press pause and boost your energy with these simple bliss balls. Ideal for helping curb those sugar cravings and giving your body a chance to hit the pause button with these blissful bites. 

Make these vegan treats in just a few simple steps.

1. Pop the kettle on and brew four Soulful Blends Pause tea bags in 200ml water.

2. Leave to brew for three minutes and let it cool.

3. Chop up the walnuts and add them to a food processor along with the rolled oats and dates. Blend together.

4. Add the Options Vegan Belgian Choc powder, 50ml of tea, and vanilla extract and blend again.

5. Once everything is combined, scoop out the mixture with a spoon and roll into small balls.

6. Place them on a tray and dust them with chocolate powder.

7. Keep refrigerated.

Experiment with different flavours by dipping in dark chocolate or rolling in desiccated coconut. You can store these energy balls in the fridge in an airtight container and keep them for two weeks.
