Ingredients
300ml · Boiling water
1 tsp · Honey or Agave syrup
1 tbsp · Apple cider vinegar
Squeeze of lemon
Method
Cosy up in bed with this warming and soothing bedtime brew.
- Brew two Sweet Dreams tea bags in 300ml of water for 3-4 minutes.
- Whilst brewing, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey and stir well.
- Add a squeeze of lemon and stir.
