1 · Twinings The Earl Loose Leaf Pyramid Bag
120ml · Water
50ml · Sipsmith FreeGlider
25ml · Abstinence Non-Alcoholic Lemon Aperitif
2 · Egg whites or Aquafaba
Honey
Ice
Cocktail Shaker
Method
1. Take The Earl pyramid bag and put into the cocktail shaker.
2. Add 120ml freshly drawn hot water (4oz line), leave for 1 minute.
3. Remove the bag, squeeze a couple of times, add a small squeeze or honey and stir.
4. Add ice up to the 8oz line, put lid on shaker. Shake.
5. Take the cocktail shaker and add the Sipsmith FreeGlider, Aperitif Abstinence, 175ml of The Earl cold, egg whites or aquafaba and some ice. Shake well.
6. Strain into a Champagne saucer.
Garnish
With raspberry dust and rose petals.
