Our business model is different to most. Throughout the world, our businesses are run by local teams, and the UK is no exception. We do not have large central staff groups directing the business; our belief is that inquisitive people in local businesses reaching out to collaborative people in international roles are best placed to understand, shape and meet the needs of their consumers. You will run the business as if it were your own.
If you’re comfortable thinking conceptually, looking outside for inspiration and exploring new ways of doing things, a role in International Marketing could prove very rewarding.
Our multi-disciplined team supports Twinings’ local marketing teams, applying our passion for the brand, our creativity and our marketing and NPD capability to develop new marketing tools, excellence in marketing capability and new products to delight consumers all around the world. Success for us is based on collaboration and open, inclusive discussions, not on processes and hierarchies. Ours is a fun and fast-moving environment, one that frees you to look outside and find new ways to have ideas, explore them with many markets around the world and make them happen.
We’re responsible for delivering Twinings and Ovaltine brands to over 100 markets all around the world, making them relevant to a very wide range of consumers. It’s a diverse and dynamic environment where you work with people from different nationalities and backgrounds. There’s plenty of travel and cross-border collaboration – so it’s vital that you are adaptable and proactive, looking to broaden your horizons, and able to get things done through good working relationships.
If you share our ambition, love being part of a team and want to have fun doing it, you’ll make an impact here.
