This is a high quality loose leaf tea. Use one teaspoon per cup and brew for two to three minutes.

Hibiscus, Rosehips, Apple Pieces, Orange Peel, Lavender (8%), Blackcurrant Flavouring (4%), Elderberries, Safflowers

Our brewing guidance

Use 1 teaspoon per person and 1 for the pot.  Add boiling water and brew for two to three minutes.  Always without milk.
