He discovered these curiously moreish masterpieces whilst on one of his many mysterious travels – imagine his surprise and delight when he discovered that the traditional French artistry of truffle making was alive and well with every bit of the expertise, passion and care that the original French housewives once used to make these delicious truffles. With this discovery made he instantly resolved to bring them to you so you too could taste his wonder and delight.
