120ml | Hot water |
150ml | Oat milk |
50ml | Lyre's Amaretti |
Angostura Cocoa Bitters | |

Method
- Take Honey & Rooibos pyramid bag and put into Twinings shaker.
- Add 120ml Freshly drawn hot water (4oz line), leave for 1 minute.
- Use some tongs or a spoon and squeeze the bag a couple of times.
- Add ice up to the 8oz line, put lid on shaker. Shake. Open and add 2 splashes of cacao bitters.
- Cold froth oat milk.
- Either add the 50ml lyre's Amaretti into shaker and stir or add straight into glass.
- Add milk to glass before the Honey & Rooibos.
- Pour over cold Honey & Rooibos.
Garnish
Rim the glass with honey and crushed toasted almonds.
