Honey Rooibos with Frothed Milk
Indulge in the heavenly combination of honey rooibos, oat milk and delicious Amaretti (tastes just like Amaretto!).

Ingredients
1 · Twinings Honey & Rooibos Pyramid Bag
120ml · Hot Water
150ml · Milk of your choice
50ml · Lyres Amaretti
50ml · Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Ice
Cocktail Shaker
Method
1. Take Honey & Rooibos pyramid bag and put into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add 120ml of freshly drawn hot water (4oz line), leave for 1 minute.
3. Remove the bag and add ice up to the 8oz line, put lid on shaker. Shake. Open and add 2 splashes of cacao bitters.
4. Cold froth oat milk.
5. Either add the 50ml lyre's Amaretti into shaker and stir or add straight into glass.
6. Add milk to glass before the Honey & Rooibos.
7. Pour over cold Honey & Rooibos.
Garnish
Rim the glass with honey and crushed toasted almonds.
