1 tsp · Boiling water
1 tsp · Honey or Agave syrup
250ml · Dairy-free milk (we used oat milk)
Opt for dairy-free milk to create a vegan latte and savour its soothing and calming effects.
- Add the matcha powder, sweetener and teaspoon of hot water to a cup and mix into a paste.
- Place the matcha paste in the fridge or freezer to chill for about 15 minutes.
- Add ice to a glass, and pour in your dairy-free milk of choice.
- Gently pour in your matcha paste.
