RASPBERRY GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE

Give yourself a little boost with this raspberry & green tea smoothie.

Twinings Pure Green Tea Bag
100mlFreshly Boiled Water
1Frozen Banana
80gFrozen Raspberries
180mlAlmond Milk (or Milk of Your Choice)
1/2 tspVanilla Extract
1 tspHoney (optional)

Method

  • Infuse the Twinings Pure Green Tea bag in 100ml boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag from the water and add the green tea water to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy!
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
