1 | Twinings Pure Green Tea Bag |
100ml | Freshly Boiled Water |
1 | Frozen Banana |
80g | Frozen Raspberries |
180ml | Almond Milk (or Milk of Your Choice) |
1/2 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
1 tsp | Honey (optional) |
Method
- Infuse the Twinings Pure Green Tea bag in 100ml boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag from the water and add the green tea water to a blender along with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and creamy!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
