Raspberry, Watermelon & Basil Refresher

Ingredients

Twinings Refresh Sparkling Tea​

4–5 · Watermelon chunks (approx. 6cm² each)

​Black pepper (finely cracked, to taste)​

Cubed ice​

1. Fresh basil sprig (to garnish)

Method

  1. Slice the watermelon into 4–5 chunks, approximately 6cm² each, and lay them out on a chopping board.​
  2. Lightly crack black pepper over the watermelon to enhance the sweetness.​
  3. Fill a highball glass halfway with cubed ice, then add the watermelon chunks on top.​
  4. Pour over the Refresh Raspberry and gently stir until the watermelon is well mixed with the ice.​
  5. Clap the basil sprig between your hands to release the aromatic oils, then garnish and serve
