Raspberry & White Choc Muffins
Light and fluffy Raspberry & White Choc Muffins, made with frozen berries and our Options White Choc Berry. A fruity bake with just the right amount of chocolate. Perfect with a cup of tea.

Ingredients
250g · Self-raising Flour
10g · Options White Choc Berry
130g · Caster Sugar
1 · Egg
1 tsp · Vanilla Extract
250ml · Milk of Your Choice
200g · Frozen Raspberries
20g · Freeze-Dried Raspberries
100g · White Chocolate Chips
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Add the flour, caster sugar, and Options White Choc Berry to the bowl and mix.
3. Whisk in the egg, milk of your choice, oil and vanilla and combine.
4. Add the frozen raspberries, the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips and fold.
5. Make sure all ingredients are fully combined.
6. Spoon the mixture into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes.
7. Leave to cool and enjoy!
