Our Discovery Collection Two Seasons Darjeeling has a dry, lively pungent character of a first flush that is smoothed with the rounded, fruity notes of the summer crop creating a perfect balance of crisp flavour.

When springtime reaches the Himalayan foothills in West Bengal, the first tea plants are ready for picking. These early buds have an intensely dry, fresh flavour. Two months later the second flush of growth creates the rounded, more floral notes of summer. These teabags are biodegradable, plant-based teabags and will break down within 6 months if placed into a local authority compost caddy, though it may not compost as quickly if left in garden compost (as typically these are not sufficiently hot.)

- Use one rounded teaspoon per person
- Use water at a “rolling boil” around 100ºC
- Pour on and brew for 3 to 4 minutes
- Drunk black, with a splash of milk or a slice of lemon
