- Brew the Assam tea bag in freshly boiled water for 1-2 minutes.
- Fill a tall milkshake glass with ice and add 2 pumps (20ml) of Monin Chocolate Cookie Syrup.
- Pour the tea over the ice.
- Stir well.
- Apply whipped cream to the top of the drink, finish with a straw and sprinkle some cookie crumbs over the cream to garnish.
- TIP: For a two-in-one drink, stir the whipped cream into the iced tea and turn into a delicious milkshake!
