Twinings Matcha (to top)
1g - Matcha Powder
70ml - Water
25ml · Muddled Cucumber
75ml · Coconut Milk
Ice (to fill glass)
Method
- Prepare the matcha in line with the on-pack instructions first (1g of matcha powder in 70ml of water at 70–80°C)
- Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the coconut milk.
- Top with freshly made Twinings matcha.
- Serve in a highball glass.
