Ingredients

Twinings Matcha (to top)​

1g -
Matcha Powder

70ml - Water

25ml · Muddled Cucumber

75ml · Coconut Milk

Ice (to fill glass)​

Method

  1. Prepare the matcha in line with the on-pack instructions first (1g of matcha powder in 70ml of water at 70–80°C)
  2. Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a highball glass.​
  3. Fill the glass with ice.​
  4. Pour in the coconut milk.​
  5. Top with freshly made Twinings matcha.​
  6. Serve in a highball glass.
