Ingredients

1 litre · Water

4 · Twinings Spicy Chai tea bags

Milk (dairy-free)

3 tsp · Honey

Ice cubes

Method

This recipe can be made using your own choice of milk, but different types of dairy-free milk will change the flavour, so why not experiment to see which one you prefer? We’ve found that oat, cashew, and coconut milk work well!

  1. Infuse 1 litre of boiling water with four Twinings Spicy Chai tea bags and leave to steep for around 20 minutes. If you want a stronger flavour, leave it to infuse for longer.
  2. Add honey and three tablespoons of hot water in a bowl and stir until the honey is dissolved. Leave it to cool.
  3. Once your spicy chai tea is infused to your taste, remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
  4. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the honey syrup per glass, add a quarter of the tea per glass, and top with milk of your choice. Stir to taste.
