This recipe can be made using your own choice of milk, but different types of dairy-free milk will change the flavour, so why not experiment to see which one you prefer? We’ve found that oat, cashew, and coconut milk work well!
1 litre · Water
3 tsp · Honey
- Infuse 1 litre of boiling water with four Twinings Spicy Chai tea bags and leave to steep for around 20 minutes. If you want a stronger flavour, leave it to infuse for longer.
- Add honey and three tablespoons of hot water in a bowl and stir until the honey is dissolved. Leave it to cool.
- Once your spicy chai tea is infused to your taste, remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
- Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the honey syrup per glass, add a quarter of the tea per glass, and top with milk of your choice. Stir to taste.
