50ml | Freshly Boiled Water |
20ml | Monin Caramel Syrup |
120ml | Hot Steamed Milk |
Sprinkle of Crushed Sea Salt | |
Twinings Swiss Chocolate powder to garnish |
Method
- Brew the Chai pyramid bag in 50ml of freshly boiled water for 1-2 minutes to make a concentrate.
- Add 2 pumps of Monin caramel syrup and crushed sea salt (Alternatively use Monin Salted Caramel Syrup), then top with hot steamed milk.
- Sprinkle with chocolate powder to garnish.
Enjoy as an ice tea latte, just add ice cubes for a cool summer drink!
