Cosy Spiced Apple Porridge

This Cosy Spiced Apple Porridge is the perfect way to ease into the day, creamy, comforting and full of warmth. Finish with blueberries, chia seeds or chocolate chips for a nourishing boost.

Ingredients

60g · Rolled Porridge Oats

250ml · Milk of your choice (we used almond milk)

3 tsp · Options Spiced Apple

1/2 tsp · Cinnamon

1/2 tsp · Vanilla Extract

Top with blueberries, chocolate chips and a sprinkling of chia seeds.

Method

1. Add the rolled oats, Options Spiced Apple, cinnamon and vanilla extract to a saucepan.

2. Add the milk and gently stir.

3. Put on a medium heat and stir for around 10 minutes until thick and creamy. Keep stirring to ensure the porridge doesn't stick to the pan.

4. Put the porridge in a bowl and top with blueberries or chocolate chips.

5. Enjoy!

For an extra dose of fibre, why not add a sprinkling of chia seeds?
