The original idea for this Earl Grey tea latte is said to have originated in Vancouver, British Columbia. The creator remains unknown but we think whoever it was is clearly a culinary genius.

Earl Grey Teabag
100mlBoiling Water
20mlMonin Vanilla Syrup
Steamed Milk


  • Infuse the Earl Grey teabag in 100ml of freshly boiled water for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Discard the teabag.
  • Fill one third of the latte glass with the Earl Grey tea.
  • Add 15-20ml of Monin Vanilla Syrup ( = 3 Tsp.)
  • Top with steamed milk and serve immediately.
