Ingredients

100g · Chopped Dark Chocolate

340g · Silken Tofu

2 tbsp · Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Blend the silken tofu with the maple syrup in a blender until it’s smooth, and then stir in the chocolate.
  3. Scoop into glasses or ramekin dishes and pop in the fridge to cool.

Serving suggestion: Add raspberries, strawberries or even a sprig of mint with added chocolate shavings to serve.
