Vegan Chocolate Mousse

|100g||Chopped dark chocolate|
|2 tbsp||Maple syrup|
- Melt the chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.
- Blend the silken tofu with the maple syrup in a blender until it’s smooth, and then stir in the chocolate.
- Scoop into glasses or ramekin dishes and pop in the fridge to cool.
Serving suggestion: Add raspberries, strawberries or even a sprig of mint with added chocolate shavings to serve.
