| 20ml | Monin Violet Syrup |

Method
- Infuse the Earl Grey pyramid bag in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Pour the tea, violet syrup and vinegar into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
- Strain the iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice, add a straw, garnish and serve.
